Luxe Skin Lab Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Duration & Payments

1.1. The Luxe Skin Lab membership is a 12-month contract with a monthly direct debit payment.
1.2. Members are required to commit to the full 12-month period. Early termination will not be permitted.
1.3. In the event of cancellation within the 12-month period, the full remaining balance of the annual membership cost will still apply and must be paid in full.


2. Membership Benefits & Usage

2.1. Treatments included in the membership are strictly for the registered member and cannot be transferred or shared with others.

2.2. Membership benefits and treatments must be used within the active membership period. Any unused treatments will expire at the end of the membership term and are non-refundable.

2.3. Treatments are subject to availability, and appointments must be booked in advance.


3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

3.1. Members must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in the treatment being forfeited.
3.2. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may lead to membership suspension or termination without refund.


4. Amendments & Termination

4.1. Luxe Skin Lab reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
4.2. Luxe Skin Lab retains the right to terminate a membership if the member breaches these terms, engages in misconduct, or behaves inappropriately towards staff or other clients.


5. Liability & Compliance

5.1. Members must adhere to all Luxe Skin Lab policies and treatment guidelines. Luxe Skin Lab will not be liable for any adverse reactions resulting from failure to follow pre- or post-treatment instructions.
5.2. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by law.

By signing up for a Luxe Skin Lab membership, the member acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.

Luxe Skin Lab Flexi Membership – Terms & Conditions
1. Membership & Credits:
• Members will receive £299 credit added to their account each month.
• Credits can only be used to pay for treatments at Luxe Skin Lab and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
2. Discounts & Benefits:
• Members receive 20% off all treatments when using their available credit.
• Members receive 10% off all skincare products (this discount applies at checkout and cannot be purchased with membership credit).
3. Contract & Payments:
• This membership requires a 12-month commitment and cannot be cancelled within this period.
• Monthly payments of £299 will be taken automatically.
• Missed or failed payments will accrue a 5% interest charge per overdue month.
4. Credit Expiry & Usage:
• Credits must be used within the 12-month membership term.
• Any remaining credit will not roll over after the membership period ends.
5. Additional Terms:
• Luxe Skin Lab reserves the right to modify or discontinue the membership program with prior notice.
• Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.
